Classes and practicals
Instrument, voice, media and administration classes, with hands-on practice every week.
Home / Student Life
A school of music and a home for worshipers. Students learn together, pray together and carry worship into the city together.
At the Academy, music is learned alongside discipleship. Teachers are worship ministers themselves, and mentors walk with students in faith as well as craft.
Across the year students rehearse, write, record, serve and lead. They leave with an instrument or a skill, and with friendships and a calling that last far beyond the certificate.

Every week brings together learning, playing, praying and serving.
Instrument, voice, media and administration classes, with hands-on practice every week.
Students play together in worship bands, learning to listen, follow a leader and serve the room.
We began as a prayer fellowship, and prayer and the Word still sit at the centre of Academy life.
Students lead worship in churches, schools and communities while they are still training.
Rehearsals, worship nights, outreach days and classes for every age.

“Before the Academy I had the gift but no direction. They didn't just teach me guitar, they taught me why I play.”Frank Kaisali, guitar graduate, Kampala
Life at the Academy reaches well beyond the campus.
